ABVP has called for strike (Maha dharna) at Koratla road Vemulawada demanding government to provide the following
- Pending scholarship as well as reimbursement fee amount of Rs.3900 crores has to be released.
- 1.91 thousand jobs notification has to be released.
- Vacancies of teaching and non-teaching posts in university has to be filled
- Some important higher positions in education sector has to be filled up.
- Government schools has to be given minimum facilities.
- The schools which do not have proper recognition in district has to be seized immediately.

Reality of real estate ventures at RajannaSircilla District
Vemulawada town outskirts has become a place for illegal ventures. Even though municipal officers are removing the boundary stones of illegal plots, the very next day in an illegal manner lands are dealt for buying as well as selling. People who are buying the plots are awestruck due to unaware of the situation.
Municipal officers recently has removed the boundary stones of the layout with survey numbers 594, 595 which are in the municipal zone and said that illegal selling and buying of plots and construction in them are not permitted.
Rules and regulations are on paper only and are not been followed. In those illegal plots who are not following rules and regulations, no construction should be done, no roads, drainage, drinking water, power supply etc., will not be permitted as per the officers. But the real estate ventures are doing as per their wish and will.

ABVP of Sircilla district has gone for strike against Sri Chaitanya School claiming that they are not following the government rules and norms in running the school. They are taking fees as per their wish and will which is very problematic and burden to people aspiring for private school education for their children. This has been reported to concerned officers many a time and since response was not seen, so ABVP and SFD has taken action to go for strike against this.
MEO has responded for the strike and came to the place of strike and said that necessary action will be taken against the school for not following the government norms. In this strike ,ABVP state hostel convenor, Sircilla district convenor, SFD district convenor and others related has taken part.

In view of Rajannasircilla district police staff and their family health care, medical camp has been opened at Tadur police headquarters in association with Yashodha hospitals. District S.P. Rahul Hedge was the chief guest for this medical camp. Later along with police staff, S.P Rahul has also took medical check-up in the camp. In this medical camp, 200 staff along with their families can get check-up for Heart diseases, Orthopaedics, Gynaecological problems under the expert medical practitioner’s guidance. Everyone who were present at the medical camp opening has got B.P as well as diabetic check up on that day.
Sircilla Got Clean City award from Govt. of India
Sircilla got the award of “Clean “from Government of India in the ceremony of Swachh Survekshan 2021 clean city swachhata awards. In this ceremony, Chief Minister of Chattisgarh Sri Bhupesh Baghel has presented an award of Clean City to Sircilla, and Municipal chairperson Sircilla Smt. Jindam Kala Chakrapani has received it on behalf of Sircilla Municipality. Sircilla city has stood first in the entire South India in the category of Swachh Survekshan 2021. Smt. Jindam Kala Chakrapani has showed her deep respect and gratitude towards winning this award and said that this award has been achieved due to the collective efforts of municipal officers, staff, and helper staff and also with the kind cooperation of people. She also said that it’s the dream of Minister K.Taraka Rama Rao to make the Sircilla city a role model of clean city which was achieved now.
Liquor tenders at Karminagar combined District
Karimnagar combined districts in which Karimnagar, Jagityala, Peddapalli and Rajannasircilla are having 290 liquor shops which has invited tenders. The total tender applications got till now are 5097 which alone gave Rs.101 crore and 94 lakh to government in the form of applications. Among the four districts, from Rajannasircilla district more applications for liquor tender has been noticed. The applications were taken till Thursday night 11:00 PM. As per the reservation, 15% Gouds got 53 shops, 10 % SCs got 30 shops and General category got 207 shops for which tender applications were obtained.
Today on Saturday, Tenders will be opened and draw will be announced in presence of all applicants. At Karimnagar district collectorate auditorium, District collector will initiate to take the draw then Jagityala, Rajannasircilla as well as Peddapalli district collectors will take the draw.
Who has won the draw will open the shops from December 1st 2021 onwards.
Karimnagar district has 94 shops and got 1694 applications
Jagityala has 71 shops and got 1445 applications
Peddapalli has 77 shops and got 1058 applications
Rajannasircilla has 48 shops and got 900 applications
Who will get the opportunity of the tender this time we need to wait and see.
Pathetic roads at Sircilla- The Clean City?
Sircilla will be made as Swachh Sircilla as promised by the officers but not seen in action. Due to recent rains the low laying areas has been drowned into water for days and drains has been filled with soil and sand. Till now those drains are not been cleared. A situation in the 7th ward colony where sand filled up drains are not been cleared and the drain water is been flowing onto the roads causing so much trouble for the people living there. Even the route for Ayyappa temple has been blocked by the drain water on the road.
The situation even though brought to the notice of the concerned Councillor as well as officers, but action was not taken regarding. People are still hopeful that the concerned authorities will take necessary action and problems will be solved in the KTR’s constitution through proper channel.
