IFMA award for short movie written by Dr. Chitikena Kiran Kumar

A short movie written by Dr. Chitikena Kiran Kumar, a noted literary man from Rajannasircilla district center of Telangana state, recipient of several national and international awards, and member of the International Benevolent Research Foundation, won an international award.

        Recently the Indian Film Makers Association (IFMA). The International Short Film Festival Award held in Red Hills, Hyderabad, has nominated the short film A Father’s Verdict written by famous story writer Dr. Chitikena Kiran Kumar, while producer and actor Chitta Rajeswara Rao was awarded the best supporting actor award. The author of the story, Dr. Chitikena Kiran Kumar said that Joint families are broken up and many parents are losing the support of their family members in today’s times. Considering the major problems that happen in some families in the society, he has presented the story in a humane sense for change. It is a pleasure to receive the award. The message film was directed by renowned director, five Nandi Award winner, Ex-Film Censor Board member Gadhamshetty Umamaheswara Rao, and congratulated the film producer on this occasion.
