Divyagana Mitra Sanitary Napkin

RSD-Sircilla news: Project Divyagana Mitra Sanitary Napkin by E. Madhupriya of 10th class at ZPHS Dammanpet Government School.
(1) The problem of over bleeding is that girls do not change their pads on time and their dresses get ruined, which makes them feel ashamed and inferior in the classroom.
(2) The main inspiration for me to select this project is Shivani and Satvika, two mentally retarded and partially blind students in our school.
(3) Whenever their dresses get ruined due to over bleeding during menstruation, the other children in the class would make fun of them and laugh at them, they would feel very embarrassed and could not get up.
(4) The wrist watch we have made called “Divya0gana Mitra” provides a great solution to their problems.
(5) Also, if diapers are not changed on time for infants or bedridden elderly people, there is a risk of getting many allergies.
(6) This device we have made also provides a solution to these problems.
(7) In this device, I have used two wires in the form of a coin, a transmitter and a receiver in the form of a watch.
(8) This receiver can be worn like a watch by students or caretakers. Therefore, others think of it as a watch.
(9) I have sewn eco-friendly sanitary pads using old school uniform and some cotton. We fix a kit containing silver paper, a transistor, and a small battery in the lower fold of this pad.
(9) When there is excessive bleeding, the blood touches the wires in the form of this coin, the circuit closes, and the transistor activates.
(10) This transistor sends low frequency waves to the receiver in the form of a watch, which causes sound or vibrations in the watch.
Thus, the caretakers respond in time and change the diapers.
(11) It is very easy to use. Since it works with low frequency IR waves, it is not harmful to health.
(12) This kit can be removed from the pad or diaper as soon as it is full and used again. It can also be charged. If you charge it once, you can use it for up to 3 days.
(13) It can be made with just 400 rupees. It works for more than a year.
(14) It is very useful for kids, blind students and the elderly.
