RSD- Hyderabad news: Chief Minister Revanth Reddy said that family digital cards are being issued to implement welfare schemes properly and more effectively for all the deserving poor in the state. He appealed to all the people to use this process of issuing multi-purpose cards, which was undertaken with the idea of One State – One Card. The chief minister formally released the survey documents related to the design of family digital card in a program organized at Sikh Village in Secunderabad Cantonment Constituency. On this occasion, Chief Minister explained the importance of family digital card. Problems are arising due to 30 departments collecting information related to public welfare programs like Ration Card, Arogyashri, Rythu Bima, Rythu Bharosa, Shadi Mubarak, Kalyana Lakshmi, Asara Pension in 30 different ways. Apart from that, family digital card will be provided so that all the eligible people can avail these services through a single card. For this we have started as a pilot project from 3rd to 5th October 2024. The opposition should give any suggestions and advice on this. As the members of the family increase, all the people have to register the details for the family digital card. Necessary changes can be made at any time. We have brought this system with the idea of having complete family information with one click. Once the card is obtained one can get ration as well as other government facilities from anywhere. Minister Ponguleti Srinivasa Reddy, CM’s advisor Vem Narender Reddy, MLC Mirza Rahmat Baig, MLA Sriganesh, Mayor Gadwala Vijayalakshmi and other dignitaries participated in this programme.
