RSD- Sircilla news: Sircilla First Class Judge Praveen announced the verdict on 24.11.2025, sentencing the accused to one year imprisonment in the theft case, Sircilla Town CI Krishna said. Speaking to this, the CI said that, Daripalli Ramesh, a resident of Sanjeevayya Nagar, Sircilla Town, works as an auto driver. On 14.04.2017 morning he went to Kangarti to celebrate the festival of Goddess Yellamma at Regulakunta with his family members. On the morning of 19.04.2017, Ramesh’s younger brother Suresh called and said that thieves had broken into the house. Ramesh immediately came home and found that the door lock of the house had been broken, the almiraha cabinets inside had been opened and all the belongings had been thrown away. The gold ornaments (8 tola gold and 20 tola silver) hidden in the almiraha cabinets were not found. Daripalli Ramesh filed a complaint at the Sircilla Police Station, stating that some unknown thieves had stolen them. The then SI after registering a case against Shekhar and investigating the theft, a person named Vaddepalli Satyam was arrested and remanded, and Srinivas filed a charge sheet in the court. Later, under the supervision of the court monitoring SI, court constable Vemula Naresh presented six witnesses. Public Prosecutor Chelumala Sandeep argued for the prosecution. Judge Praveen who examined the case, sentenced Vaddepalli Satyam to one year of rigorous imprisonment.
