Tight security arrangements for the Shivaratri festival
RSD-Vemulawada news: Speaking on the occasion, the SP said that during the Mahashivratri Jatara to be held from 25th to 27th of February 2025 at Vemulawada Sri Rajarajeshwara Swamy Temple, known as Dakshina Kashi, strict security arrangements will be made at the main temple and the affiliated temples to ensure that devotees coming from far away do not face any problems and to prevent any untoward incidents during the Jatara. Since the number of devotees is likely to increase in 2025 year compared to 2024 year, the officials have been instructed to make arrangements at the temple premises, VIP, VVIP, general parking, Shivarachana, Dharmagundam, Kalyanakatta, queue lines, Baddi Pochamma Temple and other areas so that devotees can have darshan in a peaceful atmosphere without facing any problems. He advised the officials to set up route map flexi on the main routes of the town so that devotees coming from various areas can have darshan easily. The SP was accompanied by City Inspector Veera Prasad, SI Raju, E Rajesh, temple staff, and police personnel.
