17th Police Battalion RSI Y. Narayana Retirement
RSD- Sardapur news: 17th Battalion RSI Y. Narayana retired from the 17th Battalion on 31-3-2025. Belonging to the 198 3rd batch, he was first commissioned as a constable and was promoted to Head Constable in 1993, ARSI in 2018, and RSI in 2021, and served in the police profession for 41 years and 4 months. He received the Vitkrista Seva Scheme in 2023. Speaking on the occasion, 17th Battalion Commandant M.I. Suresh said that RSI who is retiring after serving with dedication in the performance of his job responsibilities for a long time.He said that the police will sacrifice their happiness for the performance of their duties and dedicate themselves to maintaining peace and security. Family members have a great responsibility in properly performing their job responsibilities, and they should spend their time happily with their family members after retirement. They should take care of their health and if possible, participate in community service. They should spend the retirement money carefully keeping in mind future needs. They said that they will ensure that all other benefits due to the police department are received quickly.
