Ganesh Navratri Celebrations Must Be Held Devoutly and Peacefully… Sircilla DSP Nagendra Chary

RSD_Sircilla: Sircilla DSP Nagendra Chary has called upon organizers to celebrate Ganesh Navratri festivities with devotion and in a peaceful atmosphere.

A coordination meeting on the arrangements and precautions for Ganesh festivities under Sircilla Sub-Division was held at Lahari Banquet Hall in Sircilla town, jointly chaired by DSP Nagendra Chary and RDO Sridhar Babu, along with officials of various departments, Ganesh mandapam organizers, Peace Committee and Hindu Utsava Samithi members.

Speaking on the occasion, the DSP urged everyone to follow police guidelines and cooperate in maintaining law and order. He said all arrangements are being made to ensure devotees face no inconvenience at the immersion sites at Maneru river bank in Sircilla and at mandal headquarters. He clarified that immersion should be done directly from the mandapams to the designated places within the stipulated time, and DJs will not be permitted at mandapams and during immersion.

RDO Sridhar Babu said that with the coordination of all departments, measures will be taken to prevent any untoward incidents.

Municipal Commissioner Khader Pasha said cranes, JCBs, lights and water facilities required for immersion are being provided by the municipal department.

Electricity officials said the height of power lines on idol procession routes is being increased and advised organizers to use quality wires at mandapams. Medical officials said medical services with ambulances, medicines and first-aid kits will be available 24 hours at the immersion sites.

CIs Srinivas, Nageshwar Rao, Venkatesh, and officials from Fire, Medical, and Electricity departments and SIs participated in the meeting.
