Gas connections to all government schools

RSD- Vemulawada news: Gas connections will soon be available to all government schools in the district, said Collector Sandeep Kumar Jha. Anganwadi, pre-primary, primary and Zilla Parishad high schools in Marupaka village of Vemulawada Urban Mandal were inspected unexpectedly on 16.07.2025 morning. On this occasion, the Panchayat Secretary and the school principal were instructed to observe the cleanliness of the school premises and get them cleaned. They expressed their impatience over the very low number of students in the schools. They questioned what was done in the school walk program. They suggested that the student’s benches should be arranged in the correct order in the classrooms of the primary school and that they be allocated as spacious a room as possible and that they be painted. A boundary wall should be constructed under the employment guarantee. Noticing the lack of desk benches for the students in the high school, they were advised to immediately bring the ones that were in abundance in other schools here and arrange them. They instructed the officials to construct a proper boundary wall for the school under the employment guarantee. Science and Social, Maths lessons were taught to the students of the 8th, 9th and 10th grades of the school. They asked the students questions and got answers and instructed the teachers to teach the students in the right way. The weight of the children in the Anganwadi center was checked. It was observed that the entire school surroundings were not clean and should be cleaned immediately. The Anganwadi building should be repaired immediately without water leakage. The mid-day meal scheme provided to the students was inspected in the kitchen and the quality of the food items.
