Not peasant festivals, but political festivals

RSD – Tangalapalli news: Mandal Congress President Jalagam Praveen said that what the ruling party leaders celebrate in farmers’ venues are not farmers’ festivals, they are political festivals. Speaking at a meeting organized at the party office in Tangallapalli mandal center on 04.06.2023, he expressed that the farmers’ festivals organized by the Telangana government in Rajannasircilla district are once again to deceive the farmers. He has complained that these are not farmers’ festivals because CM KCR has not waived the loan of one lakh rupees to the farmers. He said that the support is not related to the price but there is no need for frauds. Under the regime of BRS government, farmers who lost due to untimely rains will be given 10,000 rupees which was not given, and because of this paddy are still there in the IKP center and the subsidies given to farmers were lifted, but no official has ever cared about them. The farmers expressed their anger that 10 kg per quintal was stolen in the name of weighing and three rupees were charged extra for the bag that the lorry came with. He said that this is a political festival organized by the government but not a farmer’s festival.

In this BRS government, not a single farmer was was happy. Farmers, please note that the government is celebrating in the name of farmers. Once again he informed that don’t be fooled by the words of TRS government.
