RSD- Sircilla news: A woman named Dudam Saraswati of Sircilla town Shantinagar earns a living by making beedis while her husband Dudam Raju @ Rajendraprasad 1 year ago left her and her son and daughter and went somewhere. Since then, while Saraswati was searching for her husband, she met her husband’s friend Chityala Madhu and asked him, but no matter how much Saraswati searched for her husband, she could not find any trace of them. On 28.01.2015 at around one o’clock in the afternoon at Saraswati’s house in Shantinagar, three persons named Chityala Madhu, Naini Shankar and Dubba Neeraja threatened Saraswati’s saying that her husband sold their house to them for 25 lakhs and asked her to take the remaining five lakhs and vacate the house. When she was refusing to vacate, the above three persons illegally entered Saraswati’s house and stopped Saraswati’s son Pawan Kumar, daughter Anusha from entering the house and cursing them saying that they will file SC, ST cases against Saraswathi and put her in jail, they threatened  to kill the BSP leaders if they do not vacate, said Dudam Saraswati. When a complaint was filed at the Sircilla Town Police Station, the then SI China Naik registered a case against the three and questioned the witnesses. Court Constable Vemula Naresh introduced the witnesses in the court in the presence of CMS SI Shravan and P.P. on behalf of the prosecution. Chelumula Sandeep Kumar argued and Judge Praveen, who examined the case precedent, sentenced the three criminals Chityala Madhu, Naini Shankar and Dubba Niraj to one year imprisonment and a fine of Rs 10,000/- each, Sircilla CI Raghupathi said in a statement.
