Road safety education classes for students : District SP Akhil Mahajan
RSD- Sircilla news: RSE-“ROAD SAFETY EDUCATION CLASSES” under the District Police Department aims to educate female students about vehicle laws, traffic rules and traffic signals right from the student stage. On 21.09.2024, the district SP Mahajan was the chief guest at the road safety education classes phase-2 awareness program organized for the female students at the local function hall in Sircilla town and gave an appeal on traffic rules, signals, sign boards, vehicle laws and road safety rules. SP said on this occasion that in order to make the female students aware of the vehicle laws, traffic rules and traffic signals right from the student stage in 2023 in the district, road safety education classes were conducted in schools and colleges, and road safety education classes were conducted in all the schools and colleges in the district. If the students are aware of traffic rules, signals, sign boards, vehicle laws, road safety rules, no road accidents will occur in the coming days, traffic accidents can be prevented by getting used to the traffic rules from the student stage, similarly, students should inform their parents and the public about the accidents that happen on the road. Among them, they want to prepare an awareness card that every person must wear a helmet and seat belt while traveling on the road and follow the rules. Town CI Krishna, Traffic SI Raju, NGO Ojha, Patshala staff and students participated along with the SP.
