Fake Document Racket Busted in Adilabad
RSD- Adilabad news:Adilabad Police, under the supervision of SP Akhil Mahajan IPS, successfully cracked a fake document scam operating near Dasnapur Road, Adilabad.
Five accused were arrested for creating and altering fake Birth Certificates, Aadhaar Cards and Voter IDs using mobile phones and PDF editing apps. One accused is absconding.

Police seized: 280+ digital fake documents

The accused allegedly cheated innocent people by promising quick government documents and welfare benefits, collecting ₹1500 to ₹3000 per document.
Adilabad Police appealed to the public: ✔️ Obtain government documents only through official Municipal Offices or authorized MeeSeva centers
✔️ Do not trust middlemen demanding huge money for quick processing
✔️ Using fake documents is also a punishable offence
Strong action will continue against fraudsters and cyber-enabled crimes in the district.
