Implementation of PD Act on Inter District criminal Ramesh
RSD- Sircilla news: A person named Ramesh from Mallapur village, Dharmaram mandal, Peddapelly district was previously involved in frauds of collecting large sums of money by offering employment to unemployed young women and men in several districts of North Telangana, 8 cases were registered against him and PD Act was imposed in Karimnagar Commissionerate and he was sent to Charlapalli Jail. The Advisory Board Committee imposed a one-year term of imprisonment.
Ramesh Chari, who was later released from jail, roamed around in many parts of Sircilla district and charged innocent people with crores of rupees by believing that he would supply gold and electronic goods at a low price, and 12 cases were registered and he was arrested in Sircilla district. Rajannasircilla District Collector Anurag Jayanthi gave orders to implement the PD Act against Ramesh Chari for committing fraud by making innocent people to be trusted in Rajannasircilla district and on the orders of District Collector Anurag Jayanthi and District SP Akhil Mahajan IPS, Ellareddypet CI Shashidhar Reddy arrested Ramesh Chari. On 22-01-2024 the accused was taken to the Charlapalli and placed in the Charlapalli jail.
