MLC Kavitha to Tihar Jail
RSD- New Delhi news: Kavita’s ED custody in the Delhi Liquor Policy case ended 25.03.2024. As a result, the ED officials produced her in the Rouse Avnue New Court in Delhi some time ago. But the court extended Kavita’s remand till April 9th 2024.It was ordered to the police to take her to Tihar Jail. Soon the police will take Kavitha to Tihar Jail. The BRS leaders were shocked by the court’s verdict. On the other hand, the court said that the hearing on Kavitha’s bail petition will be held on April 1st 2024. Kavitha asked the court to grant interim bail to her son for his exams. However, the court did not consider her plea. On the other hand, Kavitha was remanded by the court even though the ED requested to hand over Kavitha to their custody for another 15 days.
