RSD- Sircilla news: District SP Akhil Mahajan IPS was the chief guest at the final match between DG Brave Soldiers and Sircilla Strikers at the local college ground on 01.02.2024. Interestingly, DG Brave Soldiers team won the thrilling final match against Sircilla Strikers team. DG Brave Soldiers team scored 74 runs in 12 overs and got all out while Sircilla Strikers team scored 74 runs in 12 overs and the match ended in a draw. The team scored 14 runs in 6 balls and Sircilla Soldiers team also scored 14 runs in 6 balls and in the form of a toss, DG Brave Soldiers team was decided as the winner. The District SP congratulated the winner team members, runner team members, Man of the Series, Man of the Match, Best Bowler, Best Batsmen and congratulated them.
SP said on this occasion that 08 teams including circle, head quarter and all departments in the district participated in the Sircilla Police Premium League Cricket Tournament. They said that winning in the game is natural and they play sports with the spirit of the game. It is advised to exercise and maintain health. Sircilla Police Premium League season-01 is being organized soon.
