Strong arrangements for conduct of fair elections
RSD – Boinapally news: On the occasion of the Telangana State Assembly elections to be held on November 30th 2023, Boinapally Police Station under Choppandandi Constituency was visited by additional DGP, Karimnagar election police observers Satish Ganesh IPS along with District SP Akhil Mahajan IPS. In the past, strict vigilance has been established against the election criminals and rowdy sheeters who created riots during the elections, terrorizing the people and influencing the voters, the village police officer often visits the villages assigned to them and interacts with the people to ensure that the elections are held in a peaceful atmosphere, in critical villages. District SP explained to the Karimnagar police observers that flag march and route march were organized with armed forces to provide a sense of security to the voters.
After that, the District SP inquired about the critical polling stations under Boinapally station and visited the critical polling stations of Vilasagar, Nilojpalli and Kodurupaka villages and gave instructions to the officials regarding the installation of CCTV cameras, barricades, etc.,
The check post set up at Kodurupaka should be checked and every vehicle should be checked thoroughly as there is a possibility of distribution of cash, gold and other gifts, in order to conduct the elections transparently. If any large amount of cash and gold is transported without proper evidence contrary to the rules, it should be immediately seized and handed over to the concerned authorities. The SP was accompanied by DSP Nagendrachari, CI Krishnakumar and staff.
