Worship Clay Ganapati, Protect Environment : Rajanna Sircilla SP Mahesh B Githe
RSD_Sircilla: District SP Mahesh B Githe has called upon the public to worship clay Ganesh idols as a responsibility towards environmental protection during the Ganesh Navratri festivities.
On this occasion, the SP distributed clay Ganapati idols to district police officers and staff. He said the initiative is aimed at promoting the use of clay idols and creating awareness among the public about environmental protection and pollution control.
The SP appealed to Ganesh mandapa organizers to follow police guidelines and cooperate for the peaceful conduct of the Ganesh Navratri celebrations. He also instructed that organizers must compulsorily register their mandapa details on the Ganesh Portal suggested by the police.
CIs, RIs, SIs, RSIs, district police office staff and police personnel participated in the program.
