RSD-Konaraopet news: On this occasion, Chandurthi CI said that on 03.03.2025, a person named Bathula Mallaiah of Ramannapalli h/o Bavusaipet village in Konaraopet mandal accidentally fell on the road while riding a bike and hit his head and died on 19.01.2025. His wife Bathula Renavva hanged herself in Nampally village on 20.02.2025. A person named Bathula Anjaiah of the same village is responsible for both their deaths. Bathula Yellaiah s/o Jannaiah, age: 26y, Bathula Anjaiah s/o Jannaiah, age: 21y, Bathula Komuraiah s/o Bheemayya, age: 28y, Bathula Rajaiah s/o Bheemayya @ Bheemayya, age: 21y, Bathula Chinna Bheemayya @ Bathula Bheemayya s/o Jannayya, age: 32y, Ramannapalli h/o Bavusaipet along with some others took the body of the deceased Bathula Renavva from Nampally village to Ramannapalli village and placed it in front of the houses of Bathula Anjaiah, his brothers Bathula Agaiah, Bathula Ramulu, Bathula Lachchaiah and attacked their houses and destroyed the belongings in their houses. When the Konaraopet police went to stop them, they did not listen and obstructed the police in their duties. A case was registered against them on 22.02.2025 and they were sent to remand on 03.03.2025, said Chandurthi CI Venkateswarlu. He said that if the public has any problem, they should bring it to the attention of the relevant authorities and file a complaint, and an investigation will be conducted into such a problem and legal action will be taken. The CI warned that strict action will be taken against those who take the law into their own hands and come out on the roads and disrupt the peace and security of the common people.
