RSD_ Theft in temple, 2 sentenced for 8 months prison

RSD- Vemulawada news: Vemulawada First Class Judge Jyothirmayi announced the verdict on 26.11.2024, imposing 8 months in prison and a fine of Rs. 100 on two accused in a theft case, Vemulawada Town CI Veera Prasad said. CI said that at Rudravaram village of Vemulawada town, a theft was committed in Mallikarjuna Swamy Temple and Hanuman Temple, A1) Nagaraju s/o Narasaiah 32yrs r/o Manchippa, Muppal Mandal, A2) Mandala Saikumar s/o Mallaiah 28yrs r/o Burujugalli, Nizamabad District were arrested on 03-03-2024, because a complaint was filed at Vemulawada Town Police Station by Oorandi Rajireddy s/o Mallaiaha age 43 of Rudrangi village, Vemulawada town and a case was registered and the accused were sent to remand. After the investigation, the investigating officer N Gopal Reddy filed a charge sheet in the court and CMS S. I Ravinder Naidu led the witnesses in the court by Court Constable Suresh. P. Vikrant, on behalf of the prosecution, was in the case and Judge K. Jyotirmayi, who examined the antecedents, sentenced the culprits to 08 months imprisonment and a fine of Rs. 100/-, said the C.I.
