3 arrested, in making and selling country guns

RSD-Gambhiraopet news: SP said on this occasion that, on receipt of reliable information that a person named Rayalingu Shankar of Gajasingavaram village of Gambhiraupeta mandal was making country guns and selling them to the wild animal hunters of the same village, Gambhiraupeta SI on 28.08.2024 took his staff and went to Rayalingu Shankar’s house in Gajasingavaram village where Rayalingu Shankar was caught making country guns using various tools. , two gun barrels, a saw used for making guns, a hammer, a knife, a leaf stone, a drilling machine, a calf machine, an air bullozer were seized from him and a case was registered against him and the Ellareddypet Circle Inspector Srinivas started further investigation and Rayalingu Shankar of Gajasingavaram village was part of the investigation. Rayalingu Chandramouli and Sataveni Harish, Logidi Gangaiah, who bought guns and used them for hunting animals, were arrested and two guns and four trigger parts were seized from them. Ellareddypet CI Srinivas, Gambhiraopet SI Rammohan and the District SP congratulated the staff for acting wisely and arresting the accused. DSP Chandrasekhar Reddy, CI Srinivas, SI Rammohan and Ramakant, staff participated in this meeting.

3. Shatraveni Harish, S/o. Narayana, age 27 y, R/o. Gajasingavaram v/o. Gambhiraopet.

4. Lockheed Gangaiah, S/o. Narsaiah, age 45 y, R/o. Gajasingavaram v/o. Gambhiraopet.
