Strict action will be taken against those who disrupt peace and security.
District SP Mr. Akhil Mahajan IPS said that the police department is performing its duties effectively to maintain peace and security and strict action will be taken against those responsible for disturbing peace and security.
Recently, the relatives of a dead body in Rajannasircilla District Center stopped it from performing a post-mortem and forcibly took the dead body out of the hospital and staged a dharna on the road.
The District SP Mr. Akhil Mahajan IPS responded to this incident and issued a statement.
On Saturday 11.02.23 a person from Hanuman Tanda under Kondapur village of Konaraopet mandal went to RMP Chepuri Prasad of Nimmapalli suffering from stomach pain and RMP Tirupati gave an injection. After taking that injunction, Tirupati died. When the dead body was brought to Sircilla Government Hospital in Sircilla, RMP Chepuri Prasad along with the relatives of the deceased, A1 – A8 and a few others, formed a group and held firewood demanding money. It is stated in the statement that today i.e. on 16.02.23, A1 – A8 were arrested and sent to remand for having staged a dharna at the new pond in Siriclla and disturbing the peace and security in Sircilla town and attacking and beating the police personnel without listening to what they said.
The SP said that everyone should cooperate with the police who have disturbed the peace and security of the district and obstructed the police in their duties.
