RSD-Rangareddy news: Secunderabad Cantonment BRS MLA Lasya Nandita passed away. The car she was traveling in lost control and hit the divider on Patancheru ORR. She was seriously injured in the accident and died on the spot. While attending a private function, Patancheru was coming from Sadashivapet. The accident took place at Aminpur Sultanpur ORR of Sangareddy district on 23.02.2024 morning. MLA PA Akash and the driver were seriously injured in this accident. On receiving the information, the police reached the spot and shifted the injured to the hospital. Lasya Nandita’s body was shifted to Patancheru Ametha Hospital. The condition of the driver seems to be critical. The police have come to the preliminary conclusion that drowsiness and over speed may have been the cause of the accident. It is believed that the accident took place when the driver suddenly braked while trying to avoid the vehicle in front and the car went out of control and hit the railing hard. It seems that Lasya Nandita was not wearing her seat belt at that time. The front of the car was completely destroyed in the accident.

Locals who noticed the accident informed the police. However, recently the car she was traveling in met with an accident. While returning from attending a BRS public meeting in Nalgonda, the car she was traveling in collided with an auto at Charlapalli near Narkatpally. In this incident, the MLA was unhurt. Meanwhile, she died in another accident. Lasya Nandita is the daughter of late leader Sayanna. Sayanna died on February 19 2023. She contested from the cantonment in the recently held assembly elections and won. Due to the death of the young MLA, there was a deep sadness in BRS groups and other political parties as well. Lasya Nandita won as corporator from Kavadiguda in 2016. However, she was defeated in the 2020 GHMC elections. Since then, father Sayanna stayed with her and gained a foothold in the constituency by mingling with the people. On February 19, 2023, after Sayanna’s death, Lasya Nandita contested for that seat. Even though some local leaders tried hard for this ticket. She won the assembly elections 2023 with a majority of 17,169 votes. Accidents beset Lasya Nandita. In January 2024 she got stuck in a lift, less than ten days ago Lasya Nandita’s Innova car was involved in an accident, and recently she died after hitting the divider by her car she was traveling in. These series of accidents haunted her. Meanwhile, her death in an accident filled everyone with deep sadness.
