Community contact program for law and order

RSD -Sundarayya nagar news: Under the direction of District SP Akhil Mahajan IPS., Sircilla DSP Chandrasekhar Reddy conducted a community contact program on 13.03.2024 morning at Sundarayya Nagar (Shik Wada) under Town Police Station. On this occasion, DSP said that this program was organized to create a sense of security among the people about the protection and to know the problems of the people directly. He said that it will be known whether any new people or criminals are coming and taking shelter in the town, village or colony and this program is being conducted with the intention of the district SP to make the villages crime free. Similarly, extensive checks were conducted recovering narcotics, narcotic substances like ganja and explosives. On this occasion, 52 two-wheeler vehicles without proper number plates and 01 auto have been seized, and the vehicles can be taken away by showing proper identification to the concerned motorists. All drivers must have RC, insurance, and driving license for their vehicles. He said that if anyone is roaming suspiciously in the villages, they should immediately call the police or dial 100 and action will be taken immediately.

CC cameras for more self-defence in villages. He said that there will be cooperation of the police in this matter to install CC cameras as they will play a vital role in security aspects and in crime control. These programs will be conducted frequently and strict action will be taken against those who are involved in the illegal activities of Ganja, Gudumba transportation and sales. Town CI Raghupathi, Sadan Kumar, SI Police personnel,  District Guard personnel and Police personnel participated in this program.
