Congress suffers a shock in Sircilla, defections from Congress to BRS
RSD-Sircilla news: Ahead of the municipal elections, Dudam Rajani Srinivas, a leader from the sixth ward of the Sircilla town Congress, joined the BRS party at Telangana Bhavan in Sircilla in the presence of KTR.
