Dharna to amend G.O 51 and provide justice for gram Panchyat employees

Telangana Gram Panchayat Employees and Workers Union Rajanna Sircilla District Committee District General Secretary Annal Das Ganesh, under the leadership of the State Committee, today presented a petition to the  Minister KTR Camp Office Secretary. The government is harassing the working workers and making them to do all the work including sanitation work in the villages in many programs every day, but the state government has not increased the wages of all classes of employees and has not increased the wages of the Gram Panchayat employees. Demand was to amend the G.O 51, to cancel the multi-purpose worker system, to implement the minimum wage, to implement an insurance of 2 lakh rupees in the name of Esk Day. CITU district general secretary Kodam Ramana and CITU district vice president Musham Ramesh announced their full support to the gram panchayat workers’ dharna by talking to the state government and asking them to take initiatives to resolve the problems.
