Digitalization of health profile a pilot project- TS government

It’s a good initiative by Telangana State government regarding digitalization of health profile of people who are above 18 years, hopefully if data integrity will be maintained. In this regard, today, e-health profile program has been inaugurated by IT, MA and UD minister KTR at  Thippapur, Vemulawada which includes collection of blood samples from people and those samples will be sent to central lab for testing and diagnosis and the information will be digitalized for future. People will be given an digital card with all the test details and will be pre-informed of any ailments earlier. For this a team of 220 are ready, they will visit every house and collect the blood samples.  At Rajannasircilla and Mulugu, 4 lakhs 22 thousand people of above 18 years were identified. This pilot project will be done for 60 days by collecting 40 people blood per day on an average.

Apart from this today minister KTR has also inaugurated

  1. Paediatrician ward of 10 beds capacity constructed with 15 lakhs
  2. Palliative care centre of 10 beds capacity constructed with 15 lakhs
  3. CT Scan centre constructed with 2 crores
  4. Oxygen generation plant constructed with 70 lakhs
  5. TB diagnostic centre constructed with 15 lakhs
  6. Later in municipal office Vemulawada municipality, for certain developmental activities going to be done with a fund of 20 crores from TUFIDC, for which foundation stone was laid by minister KTR.
  7. For expansion of Baddipocchamma temple, lands have been collected. Those who lost their lands for this have been compensated by government with checks.
  8. Foundation stone  was laid by minister KTR for Integrated Market at market yard of Vemulawada which will be constructed with fund of  4 crores and 50 lakhs.
  9. Inauguration of Rythu vedika at Marripalli village which was constructed with 22 lakhs.
  10. Inauguration of Kasthuriba Gandhi school’s classrooms which were constructed with 2 crores 50 lakhs.

For this program, ZP chairperson, MLC, incharge DRO, RDO, district medical officer, municipal chairpersons, municipal commissioners, hospital supervisors, local politicians, officers have took part.
