District Disability Welfare Association took resolutions

Naresh said that many attacks are happening in different places in the state and this is a matter of concern to us. If attacks happen on disabled persons, a case can be filed in the police station under Section 92 of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act 2016. Cases are rarely registered against the perpetrators. Flexi should be shown about this act in commercial places especially police department should hold awareness sessions on attacks on disabled persons. Our resolution is to the Chief Minister KCR and PWD Minister Koppula Eshwar, State Director Shailaja Madam on attacks on us. It was resolved by the District Disabled Welfare Association to take action said by President Biyankar Srinivas .
