President of the Municipal Corporation, Mrs. Jindam Kala Chakrapani, who organized a sanitation awareness program in the local 3rd ward on 13.04.2023 examined the sewage system, sanitation management system and garbage collection process in the 3rd ward.

Especially in the open flats, the growth of unwanted trees are arising the problems of sanitation and mosquitoes, she spoke to the owners of the flats and told them that if they do not keep their plots clean, notices will be issued from the municipality and fines will be imposed. Later, she picked up the wild plants in open places along the roads along the dirty canals and talked to the people stating that it is our responsibility to keep the environment around us clean and made people aware about the cleanliness of the environment. They were accompanied by municipal officials, staff and people.
