Fake Gulf agents caught

RSD- District news: On Muhammad Mahbub s/o Hussain age 53 of Sarampelli village of Tangalapalli mandal, Bondu Anjaiah s/o Poshayya age 55 of Rudrangi mandal center, Oraganti Ramulu, s/o Sailu age 39 of Gambiraopet mandal Narmala village 03 cases have been registered, PD act will be registered for cheating people who wants to go abroad for jobs and employment with fake visas.Police conducted surprise checks on fake gulf agents who are committing frauds without any permission from the government in the district on 25.05.2024 evening under the leadership of Sircilla DSP Chandrasekhar Reddy. SP said on this occasion that fake Gulf agents in the district targeting the unemployed people in the district on visit visas and taking huge amounts of money from them and sending them to the Gulf countries from here on false promises. After going there, knowing that it is not a company visa, it is difficult to return home or to do some small work there. He said that if the crime is proved after the investigation, a case will be registered against the agent. Last year 43 cases and 19 cases this year were registered in the district and legal action was taken.
If they cheat those who go abroad for jobs by issuing fake visas, they will be recommended to cancel the respective agencies and the PD Act will be imposed on them. Those looking for jobs abroad should not be cheated by resorting to fake agents, those who go to Gulf countries for employment in the district should only approach licensed agents and get visas through them. Those going to Gulf countries are advised to contact the police department to know the details of the licensed agents. If there is any information related to fake gulf agents in the district and people who have been cheated by fake gulf agents, who have taken money saying that they will send it abroad, have cheated them without carrying their passports, the SP has asked them to provide information.
