False allegations on SI of Illanthakunta
RSD – Illanthakunta: A person named Katha Mallesham from Repaka village of Illanthakunta mandal has been making false allegations and false propaganda against SI Illanthakunta and other police personnel by posting voice messages, text messages and some photos in social media groups of Illanthakunta mandal. The allegations made by him are completely false and he recently was jailed in a case and got bail. He and his wife Katha Sumalatha (MPTC) misbehaved with the police, abused and threatened Police Constable Malothu Chandu, who had gone to Repaka village for investigation in a case, took photographs and obstructed his duties. According to the complaint given by the police constable Malotu Chandu officer in this matter, a case crime number 138/2023 U/S 290,506,353,341 IPC has been registered in the Illantakunta police station and action will be taken against Katha Mallesham and Katha Sumalatha as per law.
On 27.05.2023 around 13:00 hours Police Constable Malotu Chandu of Illanthakunta Police Station went to Repaka village for investigation regarding one case and also went to get the information of witness statements related to another case.
On seeing the police constable, Katha Mallesham and his wife Katha Sumalatha of the same Repaka village shouted loudly and rushed towards police constable Malothu Chandu as police have filed a case against him and his wife and his family members and sent him to jail.
