BJP district president Chintalapudi Bhaskar Reddy has expressed his anger that the state government is not paying attention to the problem and is not paying attention to the governance and the farmers are struggling due to untimely rains. BJP leaders along with BJP mandal president Bhukya Jawahar Lal inspected the crops damaged due to untimely rain in Singarakuntapalli, Papayyapalli and Narsapur villages of the mandal on 01.05.2023. District President Bhaskar Reddy, Assembly Convener Sirikonda Balaram Kisan and Morcha District President Jinkala Krishnakar Rao spoke on the occasion. The untimely rains have damaged thousands of acres of paddy crops and the farmers who cultivated chillies, sorghum and sorghum have suffered a lot. He said that when the crops were damaged due to untimely rains at the stage of harvest, the farmers were crying and the farmers had to be consoled. He said that the days of KCR’s rule, which has turned the state into a heap of debt with corruption and irregularities, are understood by people. He said that the untimely rains that have already fallen three times have submerged the rice and the agriculture and horticulture officials who are supposed to estimate the crop loss are completely neglecting it, and they have asked them to change their ways and work to do justice to the farmers. He said that he will fight on behalf of the farmers under the leadership of BJP till the government gives the farmers crop loss.
