Farmers hit the road for urea in Rajannasiricilla district

NOB-Mustabad news: The urea woes of farmers in Telangana state have started again. Despite going around the shops for days for fertilizers, farmers are expressing deep distress due to the lack of proper supply. In protest against this problem, farmers have sat on the road and staged a protest in Mustabad mandal center of Rajannasiricilla district. Farmers said that they have been going around the fertilizer shops for urea for the last fifteen days. They expressed their concern that the time for applying urea to crops is passing and that the government is not paying attention to their situation. The farmers expressed their anger that the Congress government has completely failed in providing urea. They chanted slogans saying, “The Congress government will suffer the farmer’s wrath.” Due to this protest, traffic was disrupted for some time in Mustabad mandal center. Farmers are demanding the government to resolve the problem. They want the authorities to respond and immediately improve the supply of urea.
