Former BRS Minister Danam Nagender joins Congress?

RSD-Hyderabad news: Former Minister and BRS MLA Danam Nagender met CM Revanth Reddy. On 15.03.2024 he went to the Chief Minister’s residence and met him politely. While meeting the CM, Deputy CM Bhatti Vikramarka, Ministers Uttam Kumar Reddy and others were present. With this, the campaign that he will join the Congress party gained momentum.

Danam Nagender is one of the key leaders in the urban area of Hyderabad. Danam Nagender won the 1994, 1999 and 2004 assembly elections as MLA from Asifnagar constituency. He joined the TDP before the 2004 elections and resigned his MLA post when the Congress came to power. He lost in the subsequent by-elections. He contested from Khairatabad in 2009 and won. Worked as a minister in YS cabinet. In 2018, he left Congress party and joined BRS. He contested as a BRS candidate in that election and won.
