RSd_VOA employees indefinite strike

Thousands of IKP-VOA employees in the state of Telangana expressed their solidarity with the strike initiation in Illantakunta mandal as the government did not pay attention to the 10 demands of the IKP-VOA employees. Tirupati Reddy speaking on this said that this blind government have to open its eyes to those who are a bridge to the people and are a key in the promotion of government schemes, leaving many tasks for women to the government meetings and bringing women and sisters to the meetings and making the meetings successful. 3900 rupees per month for IKP – VOA employees is not enough for them. For ministers lakhs of rupees salaries are been given inour country as salaries. It is a shame to put VOA in trouble. VOA employees should be recognized as SERP employees and given job security. VOAs should be paid a minimum wage of 18000 rupees. Provide general insurance health insurance of 10 lakhs to VOAs. Give ID cards from SERP. Irrespective of the grading of the villages, the VOAs wages should be deposited in their previous accounts. No online work should be given to VOAs. Cancel SHG/ VOA live meetings. Issue job cards to VOAs. G.O No. 58 should be cancelled. Where there is income with village associations and where there is profit, 30% should be allocated as VOA’s salary. Mandal IKP – APO handed over a petition to the District Collector to immediately resolve their 10 legal demands that the VOAs are doing it peacefully.
