Interstate two-wheeler thief arrested, 08 two-wheelers seized
RSD-Sircilla news: On this occasion, the SP Mahesh B. Gite said that a person named Ambati Rambabu from Vulupalli village in Bikkavolu mandal of East Godavari district of Andhra Pradesh, lost a large amount of money by investing money in online games/stock market in Telugu states and decided to commit thefts with the intention of earning money in an easy way. In 2019, he committed theft in a house in Kakinada and killed two people who came in his way. He was remanded in such a murder case. Later, he shifted to Hyderabad and committed thefts on two-wheelers. A person named Mandru Narayana from Guntur district, on 01-06-2025, on his way to Siricilla for his job in Unimani, parked his vehicle in front of the tiffin center in Ventravupalli village and went to get tiffin. When he returned after having tiffin, Narayana filed a complaint at Boinappally police station. The Boinappally SI has registered a case. As part of the investigation, a team was formed by District Task Force Inspector Natesh, Task Force staff, and Boynapalli Police staff to investigate. Based on the technicalities, he was detained and interrogated in Hyderabad. He confessed that he had stolen 22 two-wheelers for four years and that he had a murder case and cheating cases against him. The District Task Force police arrested him with 08 two-wheelers without seizing them. He said that the remaining vehicles would also be recovered soon. The SP was accompanied by Task Force Inspector Natesh, SIs Ramakanth, Srikanth, staff Tirupati, Rajesh, Srinivas, Umapathi, Srinivas, Mahipal, and Shiva.
