RSD- Karimnagar news: A petition was issued under the Trade Union Coordination Center (TUCC) to the superintendent of the hospital to solve the problems of the workers working in the Karimnagar district government headquarters and to pay wages on time.
Later, Trade Union Co-ordination Center (TUCC) national committee member Bhandari Shekhar criticized the workers for not paying their wages on time. He said that the management of Agil Sanstha has said that they will pay the salaries by the 10th of every month, but since the last 2 months they are not doing so. He criticized that the salaries of the workers who come to duty every day are also reduced. With this, the workers are being subjected to serious injustice and labor exploitation. The workers have expressed concern that they are facing difficulties in not being able to pay house rents, groceries etc. They demanded an inquiry into this. He said that since the last three months, the workers’ EPF money has not been deducted properly. They said that they will deposit PF 3000 rupees in the employees’ accounts together with the owner’s share and the workers’ share, but he criticized that only Rs.800/- is being cut. Many times they said to give EPF slips but they don’t care. He said that they have to give two pairs of workers’ uniform and identity cards. He said that they should tell the reason why the clothes were not given in the hospital. The workers working in OT are engaged in work from 7 am to 5 pm to 6 pm. The appeal demanded that the duties should be done in 3 shifts in OT.
Sanitation workers in Mata Shishu Center have been changing clothes since last 20 years. But since the last month, they have been working with patient care workers. Madhana supervisor of sanitation and patient care workers said that the stalls have been erected. Santison demanded job chat on what work should be done by patient workers.
They informed that if the above problems are not done immediately, they will be worried.
