Job seekers want clarifications on bilingual notification

RSD- Telangana news:In the competitive examination conducted by the Gurukula Board for the recruitment of 9,210 posts in welfare gurukula in the state, there was a lot of confusion. The future of lakhs of candidates has become a concern due to the negligence of the government and the management of the Gurukul Board. Before the incident of TSPSC paper leakages in the past, the failure of the examination conducted by the Gurukul Board on the first day is causing a stir across the state. The candidates are expressing extreme anger that the government and the Gurukula Board are playing with the lives of unemployed people who have left their parents and children behind, paid thousands of fees in coaching centers and studied hard. Art, craft and music candidates are asking why the board has mentioned in the notification that the exam can be written in bilingual languages (Telugu and English). Complaints have been pouring in to the Gurukul Board since y
02.08.2023 and there is no proper response from the authorities. The candidates are planning to go to the court seeking justice in the process itself.
From August 1st to 19th, the Gurukula Board is conducting online exams for the candidates across the state. To this extent, in the examinations conducted on the 1st August, the question paper which was supposed to appear in Telugu and English languages appeared only in English. All the candidates of Telugu medium got very confused due to this.

The board has clearly included in the notification that paper-1 will be given in Telugu and English in the three-paper examination, while papers-2 and 3 will be given in English. However, Telugu medium candidates are worried that they have been given English test for art, craft and music exams and as a result they have not been able to write in full. The notification states that those who have passed diploma in related courses along with Tenth, Inter and Art, Craft, Music exams are eligible. Most of them are Telugu medium students and they are asking why such a thing is given in English instead of Telugu. Gurukula Board convener Mallaiah Battu is demanding an explanation and justice. Many candidates are against it and saying that they will go to court.Although the officials said in the notification that the exam will be conducted in Urdu and English medium along with Telugu and English, they gave the exam in English only. Panic-stricken candidates raised their hands as if they had nothing to do with the organizers. As the concerned authorities did not respond, the candidates who studied in Telugu medium completed the examination in confusion. Moreover, questions are limited to only 20 in General Studies, Psychology and Pedagogy, while 80 questions come from Art Education. For General Studies, the candidates who have not slept for a few months, are away from their family, share cramped rooms and study hard, are struggling with what to do Govt, don’t play board with the lives of unemployed people.
