Land registration fraud – Rajannasircilla district
On 26/08/2022, 3 acres of land belonging to Akkanapalli Suresh of Eglaspur village and 5 acres of land belonging to Darshanala Ashok and Kannam Srinivas of Ellareddypet village in Nizamabad, Potula Srinivas, a native of Siddipet, saying that he has contacts with many political leaders and employees working in registration offices, and with their contacts, he will register any land took Rs.40,000. Konaraopet Police Station has registered a case against Potula Srinivas and his son Potula Sai who insulted the above persons in the name of caste and cheating them. K. Nagendrachari, DSP. Vemulawada investigated this case and arrested Potula Sai on 17.09.2022 and sent him to judicial remand and the second accused in this case Potula Srinivas is in absconding and he will also be taken into custody soon.
An appeal to the public is that if anyone has been cheated like this, contact your nearest police station, CI office, DSP office Vemulawada Nandugani or whats app no. 9490729467 if wanted to complain. It is requested that no one should be cheated by giving money by trusting brokers, if there are any changes in the records related to the land, appeal should be made to the Tasildar/RDO/Collector’s offices.
