RSD- Sircilla news: In the district, under the District Police Department and the Road Transport Department, the license fair with a fixed fee is organized for the rural youth in the district. The district SP started the license fair with the intention of having a license for everyone who drives. District SP who gave learning licenses to 50 young women and men under Rudrangi Mandal. District SP who created awareness about the license mela in the villages under Rudrangi police station, received applications from them, made them aware about the online test related to driving license and handed over the learning license to 50 young women and men at the RTO office on 17.02.2024.

On this occasion, SP said that nowadays, there is no house without a two-wheeler, even if there is a vehicle, many people are coming on the roads with vehicles without a driving license. Those who drive vehicles without a license are affected by accidents due to lack of knowledge about road safety. Similarly, the accident insurance is not applicable to those who drive vehicles without a license and are involved in accidents. The district police department and the district road transport department are gradually providing the rural youth with the intention of having a license to drive in the district. License Mela will be held under the authority of the department and licenses will be handed out. In the first stages, 50 applications were received in the villages under the Rudrangi police station. It is said that 50 people who have passed have been given a learning license. Additional SP Chandraya, DSPs Uday Reddy, Nagendrachari, CI Kiran Kumar, MVI Kishore, SI Ashok staff and young women participated along with the SP.
