Major preparations for Ganesh immersion
RSD-Hyderabad news: Police Commissioner DS Chauhan said that heavy arrangements have been made for Ganesh immersion in Rachakonda Police Commissionerate. A coordination meeting was arranged with DCPs, ACPs, Inspectors and officers working under the Commissionerate at IICT in Nachar on 25.09.2023 evening.
On this occasion, Rachakonda Police Commissioner DS Chauhan said that the Ganesh immersion should take place as per the plan and the officials have been instructed to ensure that no mistakes are made.
He said that the inspectors should coordinate with the administrators in the matter of immersion of Ganesh idols. He ordered to take measures to ensure that there is no law and order problem during Ganesh immersion. All officers were asked to work together in the matter of law and order.
They want to ensure that there is no disruption to the traffic on ponds and places where there is a lot of immersion. Rachakonda Police officials, GHMC, Fire Department, Water Drainage Department, Electricity, Transport Department and other departments should coordinate with each other to ensure that the Ganesh immersion takes place peacefully and smoothly.
The traffic of the immersion routes and the conditions at the immersion places should be monitored at all times through CCTVs and visible policing should be given priority. It is suggested that actions should be taken without any problems and clashes and security should be increased in problematic areas and routes.
Special picket should be arranged at necessary places. The officials were directed to take steps to ensure that the immersion takes place in a peaceful atmosphere without any untoward incident.
