RSD- Sircilla news: The District SP called on every two-wheeler rider to wear a helmet for his own protection and the safety of his family, and everyone should follow traffic and road safety rules to prevent accidents. To celebrate the National Road Safety Week, a bike rally was organized under the District Police Department from the new bus stand, Ambedkar Chowrastha, Netanna Chowrastha, Kotha Cheruvu, Chandrampeta, Ambedkar Chowrastha, Gandhi Chowrastha to Bathukamma Ghat in Sircilla town. District SP Akhil Mahajan IPS, who participated in the bike rally along with district police officers, staff, battalion staff and the people of the city, on this occasion, the SP said that, motorists are having to pay a heavy price due to road accidents caused by small mistakes made by motorists, and especially every motorist needs to recognize their responsibility to follow traffic rules. He said that violating traffic rules and driving vehicles should not be considered a form of heroism, because families are dying on the streets due to road accidents caused by negligence. Motorists can prevent road accidents by driving vehicles with discipline, and everyone should drive vehicles by following traffic rules. If motorists do not want to be fined, everyone should follow traffic rules, and two-wheeler riders are dying due to head injuries in road accidents. Therefore, every two-wheeler rider should wear a helmet properly and drive. He said that in celebration of the National Road Safety Week, various programs on road safety and traffic rules will be organized under the District Police Department to create awareness among the public and students.
