NQUAS Certificate for Measles Primary Health Centre Kodurupaka

Kodurupaka Primary Health Center in Rajannasircilla District has received the National Quality Assurance Standards (NQUAS) certificate on 10.05.2023 evening.

Previously Vemulawada and Tangallapally primary health centers in the district received the National Quality Assurance Standards (NQUAS) certificate and recently PS Nagar Urban Primary Health Center, Tangallapalli received the certificate. Konaraopet Primary Health Centers have also been recognized by NQUAS.

This is another proof that medical standards have improved in the district. NQUAS will certified if PHC or health care centers meets the quality standards set by the National Health System Resource Center (NHSRC). It has a validity of three years. This certificate is a special initiative of Minister K T R. It is a proof that quality treatment is available in government hospitals in the district

District Collector Anurag Jayanthi expressed happiness on getting the National Quality Assurance Standards (NQUAS) certificate for Kodurupaka Primary Health Centre. He said that this recognition given by the Center is a proof that the people of the district are getting quality medical care from the PHC level. He congratulated the medical staff who worked hard for this.

Minister K T R said that with the special initiative of development of the government hospitals in the district, the infrastructure has increased, valuable medical equipment has become available, and the quality has increased in all departments like OP, IP, and surgical. The district collector said that physiotherapy services have also been made available in primary health centers recently.
