RSD- Konaraopet news: In the case of indecent treatment of a minor girl, a person named Enagandula Venkati of Nizamabad village, Konaraopet mandal was sentenced to 10 years rigorous imprisonment and a fine of 10,000 rupees, SI Anjaneyu made a statement. According to the details, on June 04, 2017, a person named Enagandula Venkat of Nizamabad village had indecently behaved with a minor girl of the same village. Naik and Vijay Kumar filed a chargesheet in the CI court. The then and present CMS SIs Srikanth and Shravan, Court Constable Mohan, Latif Court Monitoring Constable Narender presented 16 witnesses in the court while Special PP Penta Srinivas argued and examined the precedents of the case, Fast Track Special Judge for Expeditions Trial and Disposition of Rape and POCSO Act cases said that Judge N. Premalatha has sentenced the accused to 10 years rigorous imprisonment and a fine of ten thousand rupees.
