Police Constable commits suicide
RSD- Malakpet news: A police constable committed suicide by hanging himself. The incident took place on 01.01.2025 evening under the jurisdiction of Malakpet police station. According to Malakpet SI Naveen, Janawat Kiran (36), a resident of Asmangarh Basti, is working as a constable (2014 batch) at Filmnagar police station. He was reported to have taken leave four days ago due to ill health. On the night of December 31st 2024, the wife filed a complaint against Kiran at Malakpet police after a fight between the husband and wife. Kiran also filed a complaint against his wife with the police. In this context, Kiran, who was upset, went into the house on 01.01.2025 evening and locked the door of the room. When he did not respond to calls, the family members broke down the door and found Kiran hanging from the fan.
