“Police Mera Dost” program

RSD -Veernapalli News: In celebration of the Telangana Decade celebrations, under the District Police Department, the “Police Mera Dost” program was organized and a meeting was held with the people of Jawahar Lal Naik Thanda under Veernapalli Police Station and Jai Sewalal Bhukya Reddy Thanda under Konaraopet Police Station.

SP said on this occasion that in order to bring police services closer to the people, we have organized the “Police Mera Dost” program so as not to make people believe that the police exist only for their safety, the police are there for the people. He said that if compared to the past, the current conditions and facilities have improved a lot. He said that all the parents should educate their children well and make good use of the facilities introduced by the government, so that the youth do not turn to bad ways and join with them as part of the community police, various programs will be organized on behalf of the police department. He said that sports bring mental excitement and there is a chance to get selected for jobs even with sports quota. He said that physical endurance increases with sports and the police department will always support and encourage the youth in organizing sports competitions.

The SP hoped that the youth should not turn to bad addictions like ganja, gambling and other bad ways and should focus on education and choose high goals and get jobs, uphold the name of their parents and bring good name to the village and district. He said that if one person in the village gets a job, ten people in the village will follow him .
