Ramazan should be celebrated peacefully – SP Akhil MAhajan
On 23.03.2023, a peace meeting was held at Sircilla town police station with all the religious leaders of the town and asked them to celebrate the festival of Ramzan in a peaceful environment without disturbing anyone.
SP asked the leaders of all religions to cooperate with the police to prevent any untoward incidents from happening in the district. He asked them not to believe the rumors that create communal strife and hatred on social media. Do not share the false social media messages that you get without knowing the facts without thinking whether they are true or false. He said that people of all religions and all communities should cooperate with the police without any trouble. He said that the main objective of the district police is to ensure that people live a peaceful life without any problems of public safety, law & order. Those who disturb the peace will not be ignored. The people of Sircilla district are united like brothers. He asked them to stand as an example for everyone without being involved in any incidents. Town DSP Viswaprasad, CI Anil Kumar, SI Raju and elders of all religions participated in this program.
