Sircilla mandal best teacher awards for sangha leaders and juniors
RSD- Sircilla news: The Telangana State Government has decided to give Mandal-level Best Teacher Awards to teachers who have worked for the development of the government education sector by applying seniority, talent and innovative teaching methods at the field level for the first time and has also released the budget for the same. Today, in the Best Teacher Awards selected in Sircilla Mandal, juniors, not seniors who have served for decades and are talented, have been selected as the best teachers. In the Best Teacher Awards selected at the Mandal level, although seniors are talented in Telugu, Hindi, English, Social, Physical Education and Secondary Grade Teacher categories, there is a deep resentment among the teachers that only juniors are selected while the teachers are from Sircilla Mandal. It is a shame that the main responsibility of the teacher unions is in the 16 Best Teacher Awards selected. Teachers are questioning why the association leaders, who should play a key role in selecting talented people at the mandal level, are giving awards to themselves in this way. Teachers are questioning on what basis juniors and association leaders were selected for the best teacher awards. It is strange that none of the teachers working in the KGBVs in the mandal was selected for this award. As per the rules, teachers working in the KGBVs at the state level were selected for the best teacher awards. But this did not happen in the Sircilla mandal. However, there are allegations that this system, introduced by the government with the intention of encouraging talented teachers for seniors, has not been properly implemented at the field level. The leaders of the Sircilla mandal teachers and teacher’s associations are demanding that these be revised and justice be done to the deserving. These awards are going to be distributed by 11.09.2025.
