Minister of State KTR attended the swearing in ceremony of the new ruling class in Sircilla town cess office premises. The new CESS chairman Chikkala Rama Rao who took oath in the presence of Minister KTR and CESS directors. Chairman Chikkala Rama Rao and directors were given a memento and honored with a shawl.
