Steps to create infrastructure through Panula Jatara

RSD- Mustabad news: District Collector Sandeep Kumar Jha said that the government will take steps to create infrastructure in rural areas through the Panula Jatara 2025 program. On 22.08.2025, District Collector Sandeep Kumar Jha performed Bhoomi Puja for construction of cattle shed in Aavunuru village of Mustabad mandal as part of the Panula Jatara 2025. Speaking on the occasion, District Collector Sandeep Kumar Jha said that the government will implement an innovative program called Panula Jatara 2025 in our district to start new works to be undertaken by Swachh Bharat Mission, Employment Guarantee Scheme, Panchayat Raj Engineering and Rural Water Supply Department. He said that the “Panula Jatara-2025” program is being organized on 22.08.2025 in all 260 villages under the 12 mandals of the district. He said that on this occasion, Bhoomi Pooja is being performed for the works to be undertaken in departments like Employment Guarantee Scheme, RWS, Panchayat Raj Engineering and Swachh Bharat. He said that the work being undertaken under this program includes construction of new Gram Panchayat buildings, Anganwadi buildings, segregation sheds, community sanitary complexes undertaken under Swachh Bharat Mission (Gramin), personal property creation works such as cattle sheds, chicken sheds, sheep sheds, orchards, earthworm fertilizer production, Azolla pit construction, rainwater and groundwater conservation, augmentation farm ponds, and spring ponds under “Jalanidhi”. He said that the officers of Panchayat Raj Rural Development departments such as Employment Guarantee, Swachh Bharat, RWS, Panchayat Raj-Engineering, Water Shed should work in coordination and complete the development works on time and make them available to the people.
